There will be an Octoberfest Party with a bonfire, brats, buns, pretzels and potato salad paid for by the HOA. Everyone is welcome!
The party starts October 9 at 7 PM in the park!
Since alcohol will be available at the party, this is an adults-only event.

To all Neighborhood Watch Participants,
Solicitation season is rapidly approaching and we ask that you take a moment to review excerpts of our Solicitation Ordinance that I have attached with this e-mail. Door-to-door solicitors are required to be licensed through our Police Department and must follow established guidelines. Upon qualification, the Fishers Police Department will issue a beautiful pink permit that solicitors are required to wear while going door-to-door (see example below).
It is unlawful for persons to solicit at premises that are posted "No Soliciting". The Fishers Police Department provides 'No Door-to-Door Soliciting' stickers free of charge (see example below). Once applied in a clearly visible spot near your front door, solicitors are prohibited from ringing your door bell, knocking on your door, or making any further attempt to gain entry or attention.
Familiarize yourself with the ordinance more fully by reading the attached highlighted version and please call Dispatch at (317)773-1282 if you observe violations this summer or if you are uncomfortable with the behavior of any particular solicitor/s.
