Neighborhood Amenities
Nature Trail: Take advantage of the Cambridge Nature walk along the creek behind he park!
Park: Enjoy the playground and basketball court. Feel free to utilize the grills and picnic area as well. Just be sure to clean-up after you are finished. Keep in mind that the hours for our neighborhood park are dawn to dusk.
Social Events: Every year your HOA organizes special social events for Cambridge residents. Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July Parade, Oktoberfest (adult only party at the park), Santa’s Sleigh ride visits, and the Summer Concerts at Our park.

Uniform yard lights are required. New lights and/or parts can be purchased through Ferguson Lighting at 317-705-0794.
Uniform mailboxes are required. New mailboxes and/or parts can be purchased through Mailbox Solutions at 317-460-1010.
Making Some Home Improvements?
Be sure to submit the Architectural Review Request form to the HOA prior to starting the improvement project(s). Before you submit the review form, you should review the guidelines, too. You can also download the Architectural Review Request form.
Trash Pickup
Trash pick-up is every Friday (blue lid). Recycling pickup is every other Friday (yellow lid) . The cost for both services is included in your HOA Dues. Each resident is allowed to have three containers from Republic. You can choose which type you want. Contact Republic Services at 866-474-8275 to obtain your containers or if your trash or recycling containers are damaged and need to be replaced.
Safety & Security at Cambridge
The Springs of Cambridge is patrolled by Geist Patrol, certified law enforcement officers trained to handle law enforcement issues. All Geist Patrol officers are off duty, retired, or former police officers. Officers are also graduates of a law enforcement academy and have full police powers. Every officer responding to our needs can take law enforcement action if necessary.
Geist Patrol Officers are always in the area and try to maintain a goal of a 5 minute response time to our calls for service. To reach that goal, there are always 2 or 3 officers patrolling the surrounding Geist area neighborhoods. The cars never leave the Geist area. All cars are available directly by phone. If you need them, dial their officers directly (North car: 317-445-8734 or South Car 317-432-3835 or office 317-842-8082). You will be speaking directly to the officer who will be helping you.
Geist Patrol is dispatched by the Hamilton and Marion County Sheriff’s Departments and have direct contact with the Fishers Police Department and the Hamilton and Marion County Sheriff’s Departments as well as their office at 11040 Fall Creek Road. Geist Patrol also respond to all police runs initiated by our residents.
In addition to patrolling our neighborhood, Geist Patrol also offers additional benefits free of charge to residents of Cambridge.
- Geist Patrol can be added to your alarm company’s notification list as a primary responder. This can be done in addition to local law enforcement if you choose.
- Geist Patrol will perform unattended home or vacation checks of your home while you are away. This means their officers will physically check the exterior of your home 3 times a day while you are gone. Simply visit Geist Patrol to request a vacation check.
